At Writer Craft Tech, client satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure transparency, we’ve outlined our refund policy below.
Refunds are not applicable once initial design concepts or written drafts are approved or if any revision is requested by the client.
If Writer Craft Tech cancels the project for reasons unrelated to client breach, a refund may be issued.
Refund requests must be made through our support team and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Before initial draft or concept delivery: Full refund (minus a 10% administrative fee).
Within 48 hours after delivery: 66% refund (minus 10% admin fee).
Within 48–96 hours after delivery: 33% refund (minus 10% admin fee).
After 96 hours: No refund, but we encourage open communication to resolve issues.
If the client cancels the project after concept approval: A 67% refund of the total amount may be issued.
Refunds will not be granted if the client is inactive for more than 5 business days or fails to respond within 7 working days.
Refunds are not applicable after final files are delivered.
Bundle packages follow the same refund policies. If one service (e.g., editing) is approved, the other service (e.g., formatting) remains eligible under the outlined conditions.
By working with Writer Craft Tech, both parties agree to:
Refrain from public criticism on forums, blogs, or social media during or after the contract term.
Resolve all issues privately with our support team.
Any violation may result in a compensation claim for reputational damage.
We provide personalized service proposals through our “Talk to Us” form. All communication channels are listed on our site for convenience and authenticity.
Use of our website and services is at your own risk. Writer Craft Tech does not guarantee data recovery or backup retention. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
Clients supplying materials (text, images, graphics) confirm they own or have permission to use them.
All content and designs created by Writer Craft Tech remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing.
Upon full payment and agreement, clients may request ownership transfer rights for final deliverables.
Writer Craft Tech is not liable for:
Website downtime or service interruptions.
Delays caused by unresponsiveness or lack of input from the client.
Loss of data, email issues, or third-party errors.
Unauthorized use of client login credentials or content.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse, suspend, or cancel service at our sole discretion.
Update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Determine what constitutes a violation of these Terms.
These Terms supersede all prior discussions, proposals, or agreements between Writer Craft Tech and the client. By using our services or website, you agree to comply with all clauses outlined here.
